Fades Away is a high energy, original hard rock band out of Minneapolis, MN. The four members include David Erickson (vocals), Steve Daniels (bass), Matt Mahlen (drums/percussion) and Brett Verlennich (guitar). Each member's different musical and personal background provides the building blocks for Fades Away's unique style. Integrating genres ranging from jazz and classical, to hard rock and blues, Fades Away meld these multiple and diverse styles to create a raw yet melodic sound.

The previous release from Fades Away entitled Perceptions spent eight weeks featured in various prime locations on iTunes' genre pages (namely the Metal and Christian & Gospel pages) and sold thousands of units. Following the success of the album, the forthcoming full-length is highly anticipated by fans and industry insiders alike. Voluminous Records President David C. Coleman states, "We're excited about the addition of Fades Away to our roster and believe this new album will be their best effort yet. Fans of aggressive, melodic rock are really in for a treat.
